Don't Be Afraid To Sell Or Buy

If you are a Buyer, there is a large inventory of homes at very realistic prices.  If you are a Seller, homes are still selling as long as you are realistic and perhaps willing to take less for your home than previously.

The market goes up and down.  However, even in this "down" market, not all neighborhoods are adversely affected and the prices of homes in some areas are remaining stable or even increasing. Review your own situation.  If you really want to sell, you will, as long as you are priced right.  If you want to buy, there are excellent mortgage packages available and homes priced right.
