WHAT IS OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN ARIZONA?

I believe real estate challenges are neighborhood oriented.  Therefore, what may be true in one part of the Valley is different than another.  What is true everywhere is that we are currently experiencing challenges whether for the home seller or home buyer.  What is the biggest problem?

Mortgage companies?

Unrealistic expectations regarding pricing - whether selling or buying?

Not enough help from Real Estate Companies and Agents?
