Good News For Spring 2008?

There was an encouraging sign last week as there was a 12% jump in mortgage applications.  Perhaps, buyers have decided to start taking advantage of the "Buyer's" Market - lots of inventory, good prices and low mortgage rates.  Why wait?  Nowis a good time to jump into the market!
