Days On Market For Selling Your Home

Based on the latest statistics of 2008, if you are selling your home you should plan in the Scottsdale, North Scottsdale areas for an average of 200 days on market.  One reason for this is the increasing number of homes for sale inventory as versus the number of homes being sold.  For accepted sales, the home sellers have been accepting on average as much as 10% below their asking price.

What is your best chance for getting your home sold?  Be realistic about price, even going on market at below market value and selecting an active real estate agent who will aggressively market your home using all the contemporary technology available to get the greatest exposure in as many markets as possible.
